This is a DEMO for our Dangerous Goods Regulations E-learning course,and is open to Airlines for trial

This course contains Dangerous Goods Regulations Awareness for passenger handling staff,flight crew members,load planners,cabin crew members, and security staff who deal with the screening of passengers,baggage and cargo and is based on the latest IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations manual for the year.

This course is aimed at safe and correct application of the
IMDG Code Volume1,2 and 3.

Trainees must display competency in the following:

  • Be able to interpret the different use and interpretations of each Sections of the IMDG Code Volume 1/ 2 and 3.
  • Be able to recognised and identify the different classes and its properties
  • Be able to correctly apply each column of the IMDG Code Dangerous Goods List.
  • Be able to use correct packaging type for the dangerous goods being shipped
  • Be able to apply correct marking and labelling as required in the IMDG code
  • Be able to stow and segregate incompatible dangerous goods on Vessels and in a Cargo Transport Unit.
  • Be able to correctly complete the Shipper’s Declaration for Dangerous Goods by Sea.
  • Be able to use the information on Emergency Response as indicated in the IMDG for each itemised item.
  • Be able to read and understand Part 1 to Part 16 of any MSDS being presented.

This DEMO consists of 3 lessons from the Aviation Security package for generic Aviation staff.
The full course will only be available to officially enrolled students.
